The capability to design and manufacture custom Cards and Card associated equipment benefits from the unique experience gained from 25 years dedicated involvement within the I/C card industry.
CardProTM are able to design custom labelling for its customers using a Thermal Transfer printing system that is able to create barcodes, serial numbering, auto scalable True Type fonts and high resolution graphics in multiple primary colours. The labels used and printing inks are extremely durable and able to withstand wide temperature ranges, solvent and aqueous cleaning and abrasion. There are no design and tooling charges and there is only a per label charge for very complex multicolour designs.
CardProTM provides a no cost Card programming service to its Card customers. In the case of 38edge OTP Cards, this ensures that the customer gets a 100% yield, without having to bear the extra cost of inevitable programming rejects.
All Cards sold by CardProTM depending on type, are fully tested up to five times before being shipped out. This testing facility also allows the correction of card programming defects for customers experiencing difficulties such as Card formatting errors and attribute memory corruption.
