Purchasing Procedures

When purchasing from us please follow these procedures to ensure that you receive the correct product on time.

Use Email, Fax or telephone to confirm the exact part number(s) of the product(s) to be ordered, availability, price and delivery charge. (We can advise on optimum choice of product types for specific applications ensuring best technical performance and value for money).

All purchase orders must be in written form, we accept telephone enquiries about product specification, price and delivery, but we will not ship anything without first receiving a written purchase order via Mail, Fax or Email.

We formally acknowledge all purchase orders and also notify customers of shipment with Airway Bill number or shipping reference, if appropriate.

We have shipping agents for large, heavy shipments and also use Postal Service, CityLink, DHL, Federal Express and UPS couriers, as appropriate, for small fast shipments.

Payment terms are negotiable. If a company is unknown to us, first orders may have to be paid for on a pro-forma invoice basis. 30 day credit accounts can be opened for established business customers.

We normally trade in GB Pounds or US Dollars (JP Yen in exceptional cases), by Bank cheque, Telegraphic Transfer or BACS payment method. We fax proforma invoices showing all charges, which should be signed and faxed back. . We also fax our banking details to be include in your TT, if paying by this method.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards but payment can only be processed in GB Pounds. The customers bank will apply their exchange rates for other currencies.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER CARDS OR CURRENCIES.

To ensure maximum security, we require, by fax or mail, a signed purchase order showing the correct delivery address including post/zip code. Carriers will not deliver to a BOX number. The following details must be entered on the purchase order if payment is to be made by credit/debit card:

• Card Number
• Expiry Date MM/YY
• 3 Digit Security Code
• Name on Card
• Contact Phone Number for Cardholder (Not Mobile Number)
• Full Cardholder address
