MIPS Type 38edge Cards
CardProTM 2000 38edge Cards are manufactured in house to specific customer requirements. Linear Flash, OTP and EEPROM memory types are available in both “A” and “E” version pin connections.
A new range of CardProTM 2000 38edge Cards are under development that will use FRAM memory devices which can replace EEPROM, Linear Flash and SRAM devices. Availability early 2009.
