MIPS Type 38edge Cards
CardProTM 2000 38edge Cards are manufactured in house to specific customer requirements and are not available from stock. Linear FLASH, OTP and EEPROM memory types are available in both "A" and "E" version pin connections
Card plastic housings are available in white, blue, black and grey colours in standard credit card size or in custom reduced lengths.
A new range of CardProTM 2000 38edge Cards that will use FRAM memory devices are under development and are expected to be available during 2011.. The Card characteristics will emulate SRAM and EEPROM Cards and will be available in a wide range of memory sizes.
