Low Power SRAM Recharge PC Cards

The CardPro^TM 2000 standard range of Low Power SRAM Recharge PC Cards are available in memory sizes from 512k to 6MB in 8/16bit data bus widths. Attribute Memory and Data Protect switch are optional.

A new range of CardPro^TM 2000 in house UK designed and manufactured "Application Specific" SRAM Recharge PC Cards are in pre-production stage and will be available mid 2008. First production Cards have 8bit only data bus width with memory sizes from 512KB to 16MB. Attribute memory and data protect switch are optional.

"Application Specific" SRAM Recharge PC Cards with the same memory range will be available late 2008 with 16bit data bus width.
